When do you ship and how do I check the order status once ordered?

We try to ship the following Tuesday or Thursday from when the order is received; those are our standard shipping days unless we’re backed up with orders in which case we also ship on Wednesdays and Fridays.
When your order has shipped you will be automatically emailed with a UPS tracking number that can be used to track your order via UPS.com assuming you didn’t use a PO box for a shipping address in which case we ship USPS so there is no tracking number and you will have to email us @ info@vriptech.com for an order status. Backorders are very rare on the glass, but will occur occasionally on the heat guns or cases. Virtually all orders are shipped within the first week after order receipt.

Please be patient and understand we’re a small company working with limited resources and a snowballing demand for a revolutionary new product.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

What is vaporization? What is volatilization? What is Hot Gas Extraction Aromatherapy or Phyto-Inhalation?

Vaporization is what occurs when the active medicinal constituents found in plants are heated to their boiling points, or vaporization temperature range, and release vapor containing the active constituents in a gaseous state. This vapor can be inhaled to deliver the actives via the tracheo-bronchial tree much like smoking or using a nebulizer, but without the harmful irritants and carcinogens found in smoke that results from combustion (as opposed to controlled heating) of the plant material and without the alcohol and preserved water that serves as a base for the nebulizer solutions. This is possible because the vaporization temperature range of the active constituents is significantly below their flash point and pyrrolytic temperature and that of the surrounding plant material, thus with an effective vaporization technique no combustion, or burning of the active constituents and the plant material they reside within takes place. Recently, this process that has conventionally been termed vaporization has been re-named volatilization for scientific purposes to be more technically correct in some applications due to the fact that it is the volatile plant oils that are being released in a vapor like form in extractions from volatile oil containing plants. The term volatilization is more scientifically correct in that it refers to the process of converting a volatile oil into a gaseous state while vaporization technically refers to the conversion of something that is normally solid or liquid into a gaseous state (volatile oils having different properties than either solids or liquids). We at VripTech Int. generally use the term vaporization because it is more widely known and understood even though technically speaking volatilization is the more correct term if you’re working with volatile oil containing plants. Whatever you want to call it…it's a whole lot better than smoking, teas, tinctures, or capsules as a delivery medium as it’s cleaner than smoking and much faster acting than any of the oral or metabolic delivery methods. The practice of warming plants and botanicals to the point necessary to induce vaporization or volatilization of the actives for extraction and inhalation purposes is called Hot Gas Extraction Aromatherapy or Phyto-Inhalation. This exciting new and rapidly evolving delivery method promises to play an important role in the future of alternative medicine and is even proving to have applications that have piqued the interest of mainstream Pharmaceutical companies. A future where you inhale virtually all of your medicines isn’t that far off…

What is the difference between the standard and “Jet-Flo” versions of the VCB lower bowls?

The difference between the standard lower bowl and the Jet-Flo version has to do with the size of the orifice in the bottom of the bowl. The standard one is smaller while the Jet-Flo version is larger. Keep in mind that larger isn't always better though...the Jet-Flo version must be used with good technique to get good results; we call it the expert bowl. The standard bowl with the smaller orifice creates a check valve of sorts that controls the rate of draw the user is capable of and also creates more vacuum under the screen so that not as much lung strength is required...it will also pace the delivery so that smaller Vrips result (still bigger than vapor inhalations off of any other device capable of delivering active vapor), but generally good concentration levels are achievable even by those without the most patience. The Jet-Flo version on the other hand must be used by one with patience to allow a good warm up, a pre-draw or two, than a full exhale and long, paced yogic inhalation: if this is done correctly the Jet-Flo will enable larger inhalations. If it isn't done correctly one will still get all the actives, but the vapor will be less concentrated, more diluted with air, and generally isn't as satisfying. As long as the timing is right most heavy hitters prefer the Jet-Flo, but there are exceptions. A good idea if you're looking for the styling set-up is to get a standard and a Jet-Flo as you'll want to have a back up anyway and the standard will be good for getting used to the system and for future neophytes whose minds you'll be blowin'.

Why hasn't the government studied vaporization as a possible solution to smoking related diseases and the hundreds of millions spent on treating them once it's too late?

It's been said that the U.S. Government doesn't want the public to know that one can recreationally enjoy and/or medically benefit from the active constituents of their smoke material of choice and/or need without the harmful carcinogens found in the smoke because the lack of ill side effects; and thus, perceived health risks of smoking as justification for much of the War on Drug's multi-billion dollar budget would be threatened if vaporization was popularly opted for over smoking, and in turn, a new reality became a forced replacement for misinformationally engineered ignorance. In the latest government studies on cannabis as a medical treatment (forced by the tremendous nationwide public support for medical marijuana initiatives) findings are once again favorable for the effective medical use of the active constituents, but studies of alternative means of delivery that save the users from the harmful aspects of smoking the crude cannabis are called for as they have been many times before only to be answered with more resistance and apathy. The possibility of a healthier, alternative means of delivery than conventional smoking is something many feel the government is afraid to study in a recognized, clinical manner because the would-be results are already known to be very positive from secret studies conducted by the tobacco industry in the '50s and '60s. The Superior Vaporization Technique is such an alternative means of delivery with positive results proven on a personal level thousands of times over and openly available (the appropriate research organizations have been contacted) to be studied on a clinical level once the efforts to conduct such a study can overcome the stifling of prohibitionist policymakers (you can do your part to see that this happens please see our links page).

Why haven't powerful commercial interests extolled the benefits of vaporization?

It's been said that commercial interests resist informing the general consuming public about the benefits of vaporizing because of the fact that significantly more (studies show 60%-80% more) of the active constituents are delivered to the user and less wasted; thus, vaporizing of smoke materials of choice and/or need could reduce the level of business some of these commercial interests currently enjoy. Also worth considering is the billions of dollars the health industry and pharmaceutical firms make (and the resulting tax revenues the government makes) off of the misfortunes of those with various smoking-related respiratory disorders and cancers. Unfortunately the money is in the treatments not in the cures or prevention.

What is The Superior Vaporization Technique?

To answer this question completely and specifically will require a few minutes being spent on the downloading of your own FREE copy and thirteen pages of light reading; but for now let's address the basics and what it is not. The Superior Vaporization Technique relies on a heat gun, or hot air gun for the heat source. Currently there are a handful of high-end industrial heat guns that we recommend in the SVT manual and include sources and prices. Prices range from around $72 on up to $180+ depending upon how fancy you want to get. We offer some of the fancier and more expensive ones over the site, but recommend other more cost effective ones in the SVT manual. The Superior Vaporization Technique does not rely on an elaborate and/or functionally questionable construct and it isn't a "heating tray and collection chamber" mechanism, a glass bubble with a flame held at just the right distance, or anything else in any magazine or on any web site (until now) it's superiority is in the way it enables pure, clean vapor through the bowl on the pipe, whether water or not, that you probably already own or have access to so the ritual most associate and enjoy as part of smoking is maintained. With the recommended set-up The Superior Vaporization Technique enables users to enjoy cool, clean vapor that tastes more as their smoke material of choice smells when broken apart and not like the "burnt popcorn" taste associated with common vaporization techniques. That's because one tastes just the aromatic oil vapor (optionally with as much smoke flavor as desired) from the slow vaporization of the THC, Nicotine, Menthol or any one of many other active constituents and none of the plant material smoke that contains a whole host of possible carcinogens including harmful solid particles, or tars, and noxious gases such as carbon monoxide; the very presence of which means a significant portion of the active constituents was wasted by being burned too fast anyway (studies show 60%-80% of the THC wasted with conventional cannabis smoking techniques).

What comes with The Superior Vaporization Technique user's manual?

The information contained within the manual will show you how to easily procure any essential implements you don't get from us or already have at discount prices, easily modify (no tools or special skills required), and precisely dial-in the different compatible heat guns, and even how you can try The Superior Vaporization Technique for free! Imagine what a new glass or clear acrylic water pipe looks like when it's new and then imagine it after being smoked through for even just a few weeks; chunky black and brown sludge stuck to the sides, strong objectionable smell and don't make the mistake of spilling that water! Now imagine that same new glass or clear acrylic water pipe or a freshly cleaned one staying relatively clean and odor free for months and longer because The Superior Vaporization Technique is used. And finally, imagine that nasty smoked through glass or clear acrylic water pipe with all that black and brown sludge stuck to the sides as representative of what your lungs are exposed to now with conventional smoking as opposed to the clean and clear water pipe you can have with the investment in the cleanest, most health conscious, most economical, and most noticeably best tasting and most intense way to enjoy your smoke material of choice and/or need as what your lungs could be exposed to with The Superior Vaporization Technique. MOST HEALTH CONSCIOUS, BEST TASTING, AND MOST INTENSE! Do it for your respiratory health and cardiac future and find out for yourself that if for just the taste and intensity of effect benefits it would have been well worth it! And please remember always vrip safely and responsibly!

What if I think I already know what The Superior Vaporization Technique is?

First of all let's just say you wouldn't be the first... and secondly, if you want to try to figure out a superior method of vaporization please do and keep us posted. Just don't smoke more than you have to when there is a better way. We provide the SVT Manual free of charge because we feel a moral and ethical obligation to make it available because with its availability we believe vaporization will be more popularly embraced by people who could benefit from it. And please strongly consider our specialized Patented Vaporization Chamber Bowl that makes the SVT work even better and has proven itself to be the centerpiece of the world’s most efficient extraction and delivery system. Furthermore, a portion of all SVT hardcopy and VripMaster product sales goes to support worthwhile organizations that protect all of our rights. Bottom line: it's money well spent if you're a smoker or a friend or family member of a smoker.

How much is it gonna cost and how do I order?
